Recent work in Marlborough
On a Cape in Marlborough we removed the old shingles down to the roof deck, replaced damaged plywood, installed ice and water shield along the eaves and valleys, synthetic underlayment over the rest, and then the new architectural shingles. The attic insulation was exposed during the tear-off and we protected it before the new deck went down.
