Services
We provide roofing, siding, deck construction and home renovation services in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island. The specific scope, materials, schedule and price of any project are defined in a written estimate or contract signed by both parties.

Estimates and pricing
Estimates are free and valid for the period stated on the document. Prices may change if the scope of work changes, if hidden conditions are found after work begins, or if material costs move significantly before the contract is signed.

Scheduling and delays
We commit to the schedule agreed in writing. Weather, permit approvals, material availability and conditions discovered on site can affect timelines. When that happens we notify you and agree on a revised schedule.

Payment
Payment terms, including any deposit and payment milestones, are defined in the signed contract for each project. Work may be paused if agreed payments are not received.

Warranty
Workmanship warranty terms are stated in your contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials are provided by the manufacturer and passed through to you. Damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, alterations by third parties, or extreme weather events is not covered.

Licensing and insurance
Empire Building Construction Corp. is a licensed and insured contractor. Proof of license and insurance is available on request.

Project photos, text and other content on this site belong to us or are used with permission, and show real work completed by our team. Content is provided for information only and does not constitute a binding offer.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability related to this website is limited. Liability related to construction work is governed by the signed contract for that project and by applicable state law.
